Return and Exchange Policy
- You can return your item within 10 working days.
- We only accept returns. NO EXCHANGE.
- Sale items CANNOT be refunded.
- Underwear, socks, yoga mat cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards cannot be refund or exchanged.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be desired in the original packaging.
- All goods will be inspected on return. If item in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
- If you received wrong color/size or defective item, please contact us at: contact form or send email to email@example.com.
- Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Late or missing reply
If you haven’t heard from us within 3 business days, please kindly contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
